The soup gets intensely aromatic from the minced pork, mushroom and eggs. ;-D
Best enjoyed on a Sunday night. Soothes the soul before another busy working week ahead.

Looks delicious. Vermicelli is also my favourite. I make fried meehoon quite often. I love the soup version but not much experience in making them, so I stick to what I know best!
